Robert Diaz Jr. founded RDA Enterprises Inc. in 1986.  His passion for programming led him to write several Arcade Games and then proprietary accounting systems early in his career.  He gave up programming accounting systems after he was introduced to QuickBooks DOS v2.0 in 1989, and he began quickly converting his customers to QuickBooks.  Robert holds more than 15 industry certifications, including Master CNE, CDE, ACC, APT, GCE, MCSE, A+, Network +, CNS, CLS, VSP, CCSP.

During the past 22 years, RDA has grown to a multinational corporation, with strong partnerships with Novell, Intuit, Citrix, GWAVA, Advansys, Sage, Compellent, HP, and many other industry leaders.  RDA's expertise includes network integration, services and support, custom programming, and identity management solutions.

Taylor Cochrane is the director of product development at GWAVA. Taylor has worked for GWAVA and its customers for close to 4 years. As a proud GroupWise supporter and enthusiast, Taylor has been working with the GroupWise community for over 7 years and drives the development of GWAVA's suite of GroupWise solutions. Taylor brings many years of technical experience and strong leadership to the GWAVA team and the worldwide GroupWise community.

At Novell since January 2008,  Subject Matter Expert responsible for GroupWise and Teaming + Conferencing. Working with Novell products since 1990, worked as a Lan Administrator, then Consultant for Public Accounting firms. Worked as a Lan Administrator for a electronic distributor.  Worked as a Consultant dealing with all of Novell's Product Lines, NetWare, GroupWise, ZENworks. Started Training as a substitute teacher,teaching basic computer skills.  Took formal Novell Training to become a CNE, while taking courses was asked if I would be interested in teaching Novell Courses since I had demonstrated prior knowledge of Novell NetWare. Received both CNE and CNI May 6th, 1996.

Worked for a training center for almost 2 years and then became a contract instructor and consultant working in Canada, United States and occasionally Europe, until accepting position with Novell Training Services.

Steve Singhose

Network Design Engineer - Owner of Western Computer Consulting Group.  Steve has been in professional computer service for almost 25 years.  Starting out working as a Field Engineer on Prime & Wang mini computers. (we carried tools and test equipment back them)  For the last 20 years, starting with NetWare 2.15c he's been supporting networks of various size and purpose.  Starting out on his own with Western Computer Consulting Group supporting airline and airframe manufactures CBT deployment networks then further evolving into the space he enjoys supporting most, SMBs.  Getting personal with management and users to help them get the most from their technology investments. 

Charles Taite

Charles Taite - CEO/CTO Co-Founder of GWAVA, Charles Taite steers GWAVA's technology vision. He is the former CTO for Tobit Software of North America where he was instrumental in helping Tobit establish its technology roadmap for entering the North American market. He guides GWAVA's research and product development efforts, while overseeing GWAVA's technical services and support division. His expertise comes from a 15-year career in the networking industry, specializing in secure electronic messaging. He is a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE).
