Richard Bliss
VP of Marketing GWAVA, USA
Richard Bliss has been actively involved in the messaging industry since 1989. Prior to joining GWAVA, Richard was the Director of Marketing for Novell GroupWise, a position in which he was responsible for communicating Novell's vision for its GroupWise and collaboration products. He has been the VP of Marketing for companies such as Allegro (mail.com)-a leading U.S. provider of corporate e-mail management solutions-and Sigaba, an email security company. He has written numerous articles and spoken at a host of seminars, conferences and conventions on messaging, outsourcing and e-mail security. He has also appeared in numerous magazine interviews as well as appearing on CNN.
Ken Muir
Chief Technology & Strategy Officer Workgroup for Novell Ken Muir joined Novell in 1995 after graduating with honors from the University of Utah with degrees in both Electrical and Computer Engineering As an Engineer at Novell, Ken worked on AppWare, NWAdmin, ConsoleOne, and ZENworks. Ken was a lead engineer in building the ZENworks product and holds two key patents in the area of software distribution. Subsequently, Ken has held various engineering management positions including Director of Engineering over ZENworks and GroupWise. In 2007 Ken was named as Chief of Staff to Novell's CEO, Ron Hovsepian where his responsibilities included working closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team in the daily operations of the company. In May of 2009, Ken was named as the Chief Technology and Strategy Officer of the WorkGroup Business Unit. His responsibilities include the overall technical vision and strategy for Novell's collaboration products.
Charles Gonzales
Charles Gonzales is from Houston, Texas and is a Novell Technology Sales Specialist covering our Workgroup Solutions. Charles has been primarily a technical specialist for Novell for over 13 years, but has also spent time in Sales and in Partner roles. Over that time he has represented all of Novell's products, but in the last several years has focused on Novell's Collaboration Products.
Gil Cattelain
Global Senior Product Marketing Manager - Novell, Inc. Gil Cattelain is the product marketing manager for the ZENworks product line at Novell Inc. Gil has more than 18 years of experience in marketing for the high-tech industry, including time at Netopia, Inc. where he specialized in international product marketing. His expertise includes international product marketing and product management at WordPerfect Corporation, Folio Corporation, Open Market Inc. and PowerQuest Corporation. He has also held positions as an international public relations manager and a channel marketing manager. Gil holds a B.A. in international marketing and political science and is fluent in French. He is an industry member of the International Business Software Managers Association and of the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers.
Jared Lord
Jared Lord has been at GroupLink for ten years; in this time he has become an expert in ITIL and help desk. He has developed a passion for helping GroupLink's customers provide the best IT support and service possible. Jared lives in Syracuse, UT with his wife and 5 children.
Gus Hytonen
Gus Hytonen joined GroupLink n 2007 and since that time he has become a Senior Account Manager specializing in help desk/service desk solutions. Gus graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor's degree in Sales. Gus resides in South Weber with his wife and son.
