Tracy is the Product Manager for Teaming. He has been with them for over 18 years. Previous responsibilities include; Program Manager for Premium Service, Technical Subscriptions and LogicSource. He has also managed the support web site, support forums, Subscriber Portal and support programs in Europe and North America.
Sophia Germanides

Product Marketing Manager
Open Enterprise Server
Sophia is the Product Marketing Manager for Open Enterprise Server, the company's top-grossing product line. She also has marketing responsibilities for Novell Cluster Services and Business Continuity Clustering, and is very involved in bringing new products to market.
She has been with them since 2001, when they acquired Cambridge Technology Partners. In her years with the company, she has played many roles in Consulting: business analyst, technology strategist and operational manager. Since moving into product marketing, she has overseen the major launch of Open Enterprise Server 2.0 and recently, Open Enterprise Server 2 SP1. Earlier in her career she had various marketing and consulting roles in the financial services, health care and professional services industries. She has a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College, and lives in Baltimore, MD with her husband and three children.

Employed at them for 15 years, Certified Linux Specialist Active member in the IT industry for 21 years working with Novell, Unix and Microsoft Technologies. 20+ Years of experience with core operating system, eDirectory as well as collaboration and system resource management applications. Current business objective is to help customers fully utilize the benefits of open source and commercial integrated software to improve security, enhance end user experience while maintaining a low cost of management.
Jason Williams

Jason is a nine year veteran and is Senior Product Manager for Open Enterprise Server and NetWare. He has also been Product Manager for GroupWise WebAccess and Wireless and was behind the creation of GroupWise Messenger. Prior to joining them, Jason worked for The Bank of England, Cazenove & Company and also the BBC World Service where he helped bring the BBC News Website to the Internet.
Alex Evans

GroupWise Product Manager
Alex Evans has been with them for over 8 years, starting his career in the European Support Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. After 6 years supporting European GroupWise customers he moved to Provo, Utah, continuing in his role as a GroupWise Support Engineer and accepting the additional role of Development Liaison, working very closely with the GroupWise development team. Alex worked briefly as a PSE for 4 of Novell's larger customers before becoming a GroupWise Product Manager. Alex is also a regular blogger on Novell CoolBlogs.
Brian Six
Brian is currently a Senior Technology Specialist with them and has a focus on the End User Computer solutions. This includes the ZENWorks suite of products as well as traditional solutions such as OES, GroupWise, and now Teaming + Conferencing. With over 12 years of experience and 8 years prior plus a B.S. in C.S., Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to GWAVACon. After serving with Novell in the Washington D.C. area for 3 years Brian now resides in Southern California continuing to wave the Red flag.
