Karyn W. Victory
Senior Technical Specialist
Karyn has been with Novell for 3 years as a systems engineer, working with the Workgroup and Open Source products, specializing in GroupWise and Teaming + Conferencing. Prior to joining the team, Karyn was a consultant for 10 years, focusing on technologies for small to enterprise customers. In addition to being passionate about collaboration, Karyn enjoys outside activities and spending time with her husband, David and daughter, Alyssa and is very involved with the American Diabetes Association.
Laurence Pitt
Director of Outbound Product Management for Systems and Resource Management
In the past year Laurence has been customer champion for a number of large strategic accounts and has travelled extensively to share the vision and strategy for ZENworks Configuration Management. As well as this Laurence is part of the Product Leadership Team which is responsiblefor the strategy and direction of Systems and Resource Management products. He is based in Hampshire, UK. Before working in Product Management Laurence was an SRM consultant for nearly eight years, eventually becoming the SRM Lead consultant in the UK. Prior to joining them, he worked for a large Systems Integrator on Managed Service accounts.
Sam Tessier
Novell - ZENworks Technology Specialist
Sam has been with them for eight years, and is based in the New York City area. His primary focus is spreading the word on ZENworks to clients and partners/integrators and engaging in competitive situations. Prior to his current role, Sam worked with Novell's internal IT group managing server operations for many field offices in North and South America.
Phil Karren
Product Marketing Manager, USA
Phil Karren currently works as GroupWise Product Manager. My background on a short form is that I've worked for 21 years in IT marketing and development, for N IBM, CacheFlow as an employee, and for several clients as a freelancer, including Linux Networx, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Church and Family History Department, Cisco, Novell and others.
Travis Grandpre
Travis Grandpre has been with them for 4 years doing product marketing for multiple products in the Identity and Security space including Identity Manager, Access Manager and Novell SecureLogin. He is currently the Product Marketing Manager for GroupWise and leads the go-to-market strategy and product message.
