Mr. David Proulx is a Senior Consultant with American Integrated Services, Inc. (AIS) in Atlanta, Georgia since 1995. Mr. Proulx interned with the Governmental Audit Division of Milam and Milam, CPA (1988 – 1992) and later served as their Information Technology Manager. American Integrated Services, Inc. coordinated the installation of Digital Indexed Voice Recording for the United States Bankruptcy Court for two years. The installation was performed in record time and approved as official record within 7 days of installation.

Over the past 9 years, AIS has had numerous successful connectivity projects with Georgia Criminal Information Center (GBI) and Criminal Justice Information Services (FBI), with 8 consecutive years of successful security and documentation audits.

David is a member of the International County & Municipal Association (ICMA) where he plans to assist in the forming of a new division addressing the needs for electronic compliancy in government. He is also a member of GwiFi Consortium and the 2006 Governor of Georgia WiFi award winner. Additionally, David serves as a member of Computhink’s Channel Council Committee.

Charles Taite steers GWAVA's technology vision. He is the former CTO for Tobit Software of North America where he was instrumental in helping Tobit establish its technology roadmap for entering the North American market. He guides GWAVA's research and product development efforts, while overseeing GWAVA's technical services and support division. His expertise comes from a 15-year career in the networking industry, specializing in secure electronic messaging. He is a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE).
