| Josh Gibbs, Ernie Reidelbach, Charles Taite | GWAVA 4 Certification ~ Training | "The GWAVA Certified Engineer (GCE) exhibits advanced knowledge in the deployment and use of GWAVA to enhance the use and security of their GroupWise system. The training provides a wide array of tools and knowledge that can be used to ensure proper security, enhanced bandwidth, greater employee email and GroupWise efficiency, and decreased downtime. GroupWise administrators participate in a one (1) day onsite training course that covers the configuration, deployment, management, and troubleshooting for GWAVA. Individuals are provided with a take home manual from which they can study and reference throughout their careers. The course is taught by the developers of GWAVA, giving attendees the opportunity to ask specific questions and receive detailed feedback and advice. The GWAVA Certification Course is followed by an online exam that is administered at the individual's discretion, meaning certification candidates can study and prepare as long as they like. The questions test the knowledge covered in the class, and a score of 80% is required to qualify for certification. Those that attend the certification course and pass the certification exam are awarded with a certificate of accomplishment, a GCE shirt, as well as many other opportunities including discounts to other training webinars, conferences, etc. Being a GCE also puts one into an elite class of individuals that network together to help improve the use and quality of the GWAVA product. GWAVA encourages all GWAVA users to participate in the GCE training course. | |
