Richard Bliss GWAVA

Richard has been actively involved with GroupWise since 1989. Prior to joining GWAVA, Richard was the Director of Marketing for Novell GroupWise. He has been the VP of Marketing for companies such as Allegro (mail.com)-a leading U.S. provider of corporate e-mail management solutions-and Sigaba, an email security company. He has written numerous articles and spoken at seminars, conferences and conventions on messaging, outsourcing and e-mail security. He has also appeared in numerous magazine interviews as well as appearing on CNN.

Ken Muir

Novell The Director of Engineering for GroupWise
Based in Provo, Utah, United States
Ken Muir is the Director of Engineering at Novell for GroupWise. Ken joined Novell in 1995 after graduating with honors from the University of Utah with degrees in both Electrical and Computer Engineering. As an Engineer, Ken worked on AppWare, NWAdmin, ConsoleOne and other various eDir management utilities. In 1997 he joined the ZENworks team where he became a lead engineer on the ZENworks for Servers product. In 2001 Ken joined the ZENworks management team running the ZENworks for Servers product and then as a Senior Manager working with additional components of ZENworks including leading the release of ZENworks Linux Management 7. In July of 2005, Ken was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the GroupWise team as the new Director of Engineering. His responsibilities include all areas of development, testing and maintenance of GroupWise.
Tim King

Premium Support Engineer in Novell's ANZ Region
Based in Sydney, Australia
Tim joined Novell with it's acquisition of WordPerfect Corp. He has been supporting GroupWise since 1992 as part of the WordPerfect and Novell Technical Service call centers, and in 2001 became a Novell Premium Support Engineer. He continues to specialize in GroupWise, currently supporting some of Novell's largest GroupWise accounts in the ANZ region.
Dean Lythgoe

Engineering Manager for all of the GroupWise clients, Novell
Based in Provo, Utah, United States
Dean has been writing/managing enterprise software for 15 years. He is currently the manager for all of the GroupWise clients, including Windows, Linux and Mac. He also manages the Administration Team, which produces the ConsoleOne plug-ins for GroupWise. Dean teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Business, Computer Science and Information Technology programs at the University of Phoenix. He holds a Masters degree in Business/Technology Management and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
Gregory Webb

Novell, Product Marketing Manager
Based in Provo, Utah, United States
Gregory Webb has been with Novell for four years and is the Product Marketing Manager for Novell GroupWise and other collaboration products. Prior to this position, Gregory worked in Novell corporate marketing and was responsible for Novell Workgroup and Identity products and solutions on www.novell.com. Gregory holds a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in languages and literature.

As a pre-sales Technical Specialist, John has extensive experience with GroupWise having previously held roles in GroupWise Technical Support, Consulting, Management and Internal IS&T Groups and within WordPerfect and Novell.
Brett Williams

Technology Specialist - Workgroup
Based in Melbourne, Australia
Brett has worked in IT for over 15 years, primarily in infrastructure technologies. During this time, he has implemented, supported and managed large corporate infrastructure environments. Brett has been with Novell for 6 years and is currently a Technology Specialist in the Workgroup product business unit. Products in this group include Open Enterprise server, GroupWise and Teaming and Conferencing.
