| Ken Muir |
Ken Muir is the Director of Engineering at Novell for GroupWise. Ken joined Novell in 1995 after graduating with honors from the University of Utah with degrees in both Electrical and Computer Engineering. As an Engineer, Ken worked on AppWare, NWAdmin, ConsoleOne and other various eDir management utilities. In 1997 he joined the ZENworks team where he became a lead engineer on the ZENworks for Servers product. In 2001 Ken joined the ZENworks management team running the ZENworks for Servers product and then as a Senior Manager working with additional components of ZENworks including leading the release of ZENworks Linux Management 7. In July of 2005, Ken was named Director of Engineering and given responsibilities of all areas of development, testing and maintenance of GroupWise.

| Tay Kratzer |
Tay Kratzer formerly with Novell Premium Service - Primary Support Engineer for some of Novell's larger customer sites. Tay is the author and co-author of 6 GroupWise-related books, among which is Novell's GroupWise 6.5 Administrator's Guide (2003), Novell's GroupWise 6 Administrator's Guide (2002). He also writes for the following periodicals: Novell Connection Magazine, Novell AppNotes, and GroupWise Magazine. Tay Kratzer has supported Novell GroupWise since 1993 and he is a Novell Master CNE. In the year 2000, Tay was recipient of the highest recognition award from Software Support Professional Association. |

| Richard Bliss |
Richard Bliss - VP of Marketing GWAVA, Richard Bliss has been actively involved in the messaging industry since 1989. Prior to joining GWAVA, Richard was the Director of Marketing for Novell GroupWise, a position in which he was responsible for communicating Novell's vision for its GroupWise and collaboration products. He has been the VP of Marketing for companies such as Allegro (mail.com)-a leading U.S. provider of corporate e-mail management solutions-and Sigaba, an email security company. He has written numerous articles and spoken at a host of seminars, conferences and conventions on messaging, outsourcing and e-mail security. He has also appeared in numerous magazine interviews as well as appearing on CNN. |

Derek Adams is currently with BrainStorm, Inc., Novell's Authorized End-user Training Partner and one of the oldest GroupWise Partners. Derek oversees technology initiatives and evaluation for BrainStorm. With 10 years experience in the industry, his main focus has been on design, development, and implementation of collaborative documentation solutions. |

| Michael Bell |
Michael Bell - VP of R&D, Sr. Engineer Michael Bell in addition to being VP of Research and Development, also fulfills the role of Senior Engineer at GWAVA. Michael developed, Guinevere, the first Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam solution for GroupWise and has been the Co-Developer for GWAVA. Michael is a long time Netware Administrator and has been a member of the Novell Sysop Team since May, 1998. | Joe Bertnick |
Joe Bertnick Director, Product Management GWAVA, Mr. Bertnick manages the development of new products for GWAVA. Mr. Bertnick brings 15 years of networking, security and software experience to GWAVA. He has extensive experience in information security, hacker defense and in helping global organizations develop and implement policies and technology to secure their corporate infrastructures. Mr. Bertnick is a perennial speaker at many industry events, such as Novell's BrainShare, Blackhat, Infosec, MISTI and others. He specializes in topics focusing on developing real world solutions to secure corporate information systems. |

| Morris Blackham |
Morris has been supporting GroupWise since 1990 where he
started with WordPerfect Corporation as a member of the
WordPerfect Office SWAT team. He has worked
in a variety of capacities at Novell as a product manager
and support technician. He also worked extensively supporting
Novell's largest customers with Teltrust.com, the GroupWise
consulting company. He is currently the CPR Manager for
Novell GroupWise. |

Paul F. DePond, founder of Notify Technology, has served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since the Company's inception in August 1994. From September 1992 through May 1994, Mr. DePond served as Vice President Corporate Marketing of Telebit Corporation, a supplier of high-speed modems and dialup remote access products. From January 1991 through September 1992, Mr. DePond served as Vice President, Marketing, of Alantec Corporation, a manufacturer of networking products. Mr. DePond received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering in 1979, and an M.A. in Computer Science in 1980, each from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. |

Robert Diaz is a founding Partner and CEO, President of RDA Enterprises,
Inc., an award winning Novell Platinum Partner. Robert has been working with
Novell technologies since 1984. He started in the industry by designing
Arcade Games and, SQL-based custom solutions. With Robert and his staff of
Novell engineers, RDA Enterprises designs and implements custom and

| Eric Farr |
Eric Farr is a Principal of BrainStorm, Inc., where he leads the sales and marketing initiatives. An entrepreneur at heart, Eric has started and run several companies and thrives in the fast-paced startup world. Before joining BrainStorm, Eric was President and CEO of EvolveMed, which specializes in documentation solutions for hospital networks and healthcare professionals. Prior to joining EvolveMed, Eric founded Dental Management Systems, which marketed and sold practice and clinical management technology systems to dental practitioners. There, Eric was responsible for all marketing and sales efforts until the business was sold. In 1995, Eric founded C. Erickson Properties, which continues to invest in commercial real estate. Eric earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and his MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |

| Sean Kirkby |
Sean Kirkby is president of Concentrico, which provides GroupWise products and services. Sean has been working with GroupWise and its predecessors since 1991. He was a founding member of the "SWAT Team," the cross-platform consulting team formed to help Novell's largest GroupWise customers. He also worked as a product planning manager for the GroupWise product line. Sean has published many articles on GroupWise, and has served as technical editor and contributing author for multiple releases of the GroupWise Administrator's Guide, published by Novell Press. He co-authored the first GroupWise Best Practices Guide, and the first GroupWise Developer's Guide, both published by Novell. |

| Dave Muldoon |
Dave Muldoon is a Novell GroupWise expert who has written articles for GroupWise Advisor Magazine, contributed to Novell Cool Solutions, presented at the GroupWise Advisor Summit, written a book titled GroupWise Administration Made Easy, and is the technical editor for the Sequoia User Guides. Dave has been working with GroupWise for more than five years, supporting a GroupWise environment totaling more than 18,000 users. His entire support role during this period has been dedicated to GroupWise, including extensive research and testing on the various GroupWise applications, agents, administrative tools, and application integration with GroupWise, along with automated test tools and scripting utilities. |

| Ulrich Neuman |
Ulrich's first contact with GroupWise was
in the days of WordPerfect Office 3.1. He has seen all
versions since these days, he has implemented many GroupWise
systems and he has been developing to GroupWise since
1998. Ulrich is also a Novell SysOp and works very closely
with some engineering groups in Provo. He has written
several articles for Novell Appnotes in the past. Ulrich
is the brain behind Redline. a Monitoring, Reporting,
Alerting solution for GroupWise. He's one of the founders
of "GroupWise & Friends", the german GroupWise
user Group and is currently in the position as the president
of G&F. Ulrich is also an "open source evangelist"
who pushed open source on NetWare very hard; he has been
involved in PostgreSQL and MySQL development and ported
the first version of Bash to NetWare. On NetWare he has
worked a lot on LibC. He's working with Linux since 1994
and is involved in the GNOME Project, especially on GNOME-Network
and the Evolution mail client that can connect to GroupWise
now. Ulrich has been Speaker at BrainShare in Europe and
SLC. In 2001 and 2003 he has got the official "Developer
SysOp Excellence Award" from Novell for all his efforts.

Charles Taite - CEO/CTO Co-Founder of GWAVA, Charles Taite steers GWAVA's technology vision. He is the former CTO for Tobit Software of North America where he was instrumental in helping Tobit establish its technology roadmap for entering the North American market. He guides GWAVA's research and product development efforts, while overseeing GWAVA's technical services and support division. His expertise comes from a 15-year career in the networking industry, specializing in secure electronic messaging. He is a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE). |

John Wade is a Principal of BrainStorm, Inc. and heads up product development. Before joining BrainStorm, John worked as a Consultant with Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm. While at Bain, John worked with senior executives on global growth strategies and merger and acquisition matters for various companies. Prior to joining Bain & Company, John worked for Chase Manhattan Bank's Global Investment Banking Group where he helped co-found and establish their $100 million Real Estate Mezzanine Investment fund. John earned an MBA with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. |

Danita Zanre has been using GroupWise since
1989, when it was known as WordPerfect Office 2.0. She
is one of the primary consultants responsible for the
day-to-day operations of Caledonia Network Consulting,
and is experienced in all aspects of GroupWise, from design
to installation, to training of administrators and users.
Danita is the author of various articles and books on
GroupWise, including The GroupWise 7 Upgrade Guide and
Success with GroupWise Document Management. Danita is

Aaron Stuart is a Product Manager at Research In Motion (RIM),
a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative
wireless solutions for the mobile communications market.
RIM provides solutions for secure, seamless access to
time-sensitive information including email, calendar,
instant messaging, and applications. Aaron holds degrees
in computer science, business admin and a masters of business
admin. He joined RIM in 2004 where he's currently responsible
